I too suffer from anxiety at the beginning was really bad I had anxiety and panic attacks almost every day that it made me afraid to go out in public I was in fear of having an attack in front of people. I wouldn't take the bus or the train or even go to a gathering because I was scared to have one. I was house bound I felt that my home was a safe place. And only went food shopping with my family and I would be in a hurry because I felt panic all the time and that turned into depression and wanting to be alone .so my mom got me some help and I experimented with different meds till i found the one that worked for me . I hope and pray you find one that works for you also ❤ ty for taking the time to post for us and happy belated birthday to your love meg 🎉 you guy's are awesome 😊chin up bestie you got this 💪
I suffer from the same public and social anxiety! For some reason grocery stores and gas stations are particularly bad for me! 🥲 But I too am terrified of going places by myself.. I don’t go anywhere alone haha bc of the anxiety. I can’t wait to hopefully find a med that works for me!
