Eu também acredito que ele e o Kokushibo seriam como a Daki e o Gyuutaro, compartilhando o mesmo corpo e tendo um estilo de luta combinado, além de que eles seriam o rei oni
When you think about it, if they were like Gyutaro and Daki in terms of you having no choice but to decapitating both at the same time, that would make it very difficult for the Hashiras to defeat them as that would be nearly impossible knowing how strong both brothers are as demons using breathing techniques.
