I gone off shedhs fixtures I had the same ones and had same issue and during a gig 3 of the fixtures went out of sync and dimmers shut completely for 5 minutes and one worked completely fine and after 5 minutes the dimmer shutters reopend
I purchased these fixtures, no sponsor. This fixture was defective, right out of the box. I had to make several videos to prove the light was defective. They kept acting like there wasn't an issue and requesting more videos. I had to pay out of pocket to ship the light back to them for an exchange they said would be free. Finally got them to exchange it after making 5 videos and sending over 20 emails sent. They said they would reimburse me for shipping the light back and now they are asking why shipping cost so much and they ask why I shipped it back in the box they sent it in. As if I was supposed to stick a shipping label right on the fixture lol. Ridiculous. Hopefully the exchange gets processed properly. The other fixtures I purchased are quite nice for the money, but customer service experience has been quite frustrating.
