Weird the Prologue stuff doesn’t have Core set cards, but there’s the TCU cards. I’m perplexed. But more copies of Act of Desperation Pog
They just included the minimum amount of cards so that only the Core is the only other pack necessary to play that content. Giving players premade "decks" for the prologue investigators wasn't really their concern.
What is that play mat?
