This week, I flew to Edmonton for an incredible lymphatic drainage and buccal massage course, something I’m so excited to bring into my practice at Raw Canvas Skin Clinic! Continuing my education is something I truly value, and I always strive to provide my patients with the highest quality care by learning from the best in the industry. It was also such an amazing experience to connect with and support other women in business!
I didn’t vlog too much of the training since I was really focused, but I can’t wait to bring these new skills back to the clinic and share more with you soon. Plus, we have so many exciting things coming in the new year-from new services launching after renovations to all the additions Taylor will bring once she finishes nursing school!
I actually ended up changing my flight home a little earlier because I missed my babies so much and couldn’t wait to be back with my family. 💕

First, I’m proud to be 43. I’m proud to embrace my age and the choices I make for myself, including things like lip filler, which are a personal preference. These choices aren’t about trying to fit someone else’s standards; they’re about feeling confident and comfortable in my own skin.
What’s disappointing is seeing comments like this, which reflect more about the person leaving them than about the person they’re directed at. Tearing someone down doesn’t lift you up; it only highlights insecurities or unhappiness you might have within yourself.
The beauty of today’s world is that we all have the freedom to live authentically. If you don’t resonate with what I share, that’s perfectly okay-but I’m here to spread positivity and focus on connection, not negativity.
