Thank you! I've known and loved Brian Eno's and Harold Budd's Ambient music since 1983 when I was in Chicago at a friend's place, just before I set out on my own to travel all over the country for 5 months. And ever since it's had an important meaning for my life and it reawakened my love for certain types of slow piano music and motivated me to learn to play the piano (especially slow Bach piano) in addition to my first instruments, the Cello and the guitar...
This creates a soundscape like no other. It is peaceful yet sincere. I just wish that the break between songs would be shorter, as it disrupts the flow a bit. Thanks for your work!
Excellent stuff. I met Brian twice, first in 1979, and have used his ambient pieces as soundscapes in my studios since 1997 or so - they very much enhance concentration and productivity. Thanks for posting this!
Stretched like this, it reminds me of Nighthawks, Translucence, and Drift Music. While enjoyable stretched, I prefer the Pearl at normal speed. It is by far my most-listened album.
What’s cool is that on the original recording the last track (Still Return) is track 1 (Late October) slowed by half and reprocessed with added synth tracks. Now Still Return is REALLY slow
Added to my famous and revered "best ambient music playlist" playlist. Also subbed, also I make some ambient music myself, come check it out if ya want. Thanks!
These heavenly-like musical works so deeply ,sweetly and wonderfully sooothe and heal the wounded human's soul...
harold is missed, but his music is his gift to us, who are still here....
So grateful for your stretching Eno Tato....
It is a pleasure, Greg.

Amazing! I'm going to listen to the whole thing.
I love this, thanks for making it if you did. Always thought the album played too quickly through...
Here via an interview with Daniel Lanois at Banff Centre for Arts in 2014.
Tendrían que haber sido editado, en mi modesta opinión, como doble junto a Plateaux of Mirror. Como de costumbre excelente.
Thank you.
4:17:01 = sublime
Massive reverse reverb on the piano!
Awsome. 😀😃😄😁

Ethereal
Is this one song or the whole album stretched?
Whole album
Como um conpositor de trilhas nesse estilo só tenho a me sentir triste que meu pais (Brasil) nao se interessa por esse tipo de som.
