Featuring one of our favourite hotels on Fort Lauderdale Beach, The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. We have stayed here many many time pre and post cruise and it feels like our second home.
We particularly like room 1435. It's a corner room on the 14th floor of the north tower. There are no rooms above it and it has a unique shape with 2 large windows facing the beach/ocean that open into French doors.
The room is spacious and bright. The staff here are great and any issues are alway solved promptly. pro tip: staying on the top floor means the elevator is usually empty so you never have to wait for the next one!
The hot is also close to many bars, restaurants and attractions. Close to great shopping and our favourite "Hugh Taylor State Park". Great for walks, biking etc and has a great pub called "park and ocean". love this place!

Hi, we love the staff at the Westin and enjoyed our at least 12 stays there. The valet Stormy couldn’t have been more helpful. And the pool staff excellent

Agreed! We have seen any of them since March 2020 but we wish them all well. 👍🏻
