From my personal experience never buy samsung refrigerator. This will last only for two years. Bad customer service and not giving compensation for the damages on compressor. Tired calling customer service. I acknowledge what I share in this comment box.
One the cons in whirlpool single door refrigerators is the backside tray for defrost water is very hard to remove, after defrosting defrosted ice water comes out of the defrost tray and also it requires defrosting almost every 4-5 days that is full of hassle. Another con is the freezer capacity is very very law Another con is power cord is very short, Ratio of net storage capacity to gross storage capacity is Very low. But power consumption and insulation is quit good.
