@@PastelCyborg did you see the middle sort of it? It was so short moment of the fast rap by Jyuto, which I think never happened (well, I've listened all songs from hypmic, so I'm pretty sure).
He has his ears pierced during the TDD era, not during the time he and Kuko were friends. In the manga when he was part of the Naughty Busters/Mad comic Dialogue his ears were not pierced. That's why I'm saying it's a continuity error. Ichiro doesn't have his ears pierced anymore, he does have a scar on his ears from them tho.
