The reason I think that the randomat acted weirdly in the last round was because in the round before it was "random x5" and the third event was "choose an event", but since Duncan died before he could choose, the "random x5" was paused, so at the start of the round after, since the previous randomats where cleared, it proceeded with the next two events of the "random x5".
Lewis accidentally pooned Zoey.... Boy that sounds dirty! Then he decided to roll with it, as his new modus operandi. As compared to with his usual modus operandi of, ya know, pushing.
