Dude, absolutely!! Yours instantly became my favorite piano/education channel on TH-cam from the moment I started watching your videos! SO glad Rick Beato convinced/encouraged you to do this. 🥳 I don't know how to read music unfortunately (someday I will definitely make the time to learn) but totally looking forward to the updates! 🤩 Thanks so much for all the time and energy you put into sharing so much musical fun and knowledge 🙏
Pierre, I must say that I find your piano tutorials to be outstanding and the very best on YT. I get the impression that you put a lot of thought in to how to present and deliver them from the beginning. The result for me, at any rate is that they are so easy to follow and recap as necessary at every stage. The pace is perfect. Your musical knowledge, ability and enthusiasm shines through. I recently watched the video posted by Rick Beato which demonstrates your brilliant perfect pitch hearing. Even more recently, I watched this video which explains how you developed your tutorials and wow! what a winning formula you have come up with! Wishing you continued well deserved success! Tony
The reason many of us ask for sheet music is because the pieces you teach are at an arrangement or level that is the bridge between intermediate and advanced players who may or may not sing the melody as well. Also, your tutorials are SPOT ON to how the originals are voiced and played live so it's an amazing tool for prepping to play a live or recorded performance. Lastly, I find myself many times using your video as a live lesson, taking my own notes on what you're doing, rewatching the vid a couple times and then playing off my notes. Although that's a good study habit, most likely your note taking and sheets are less chaotic than mine and I'd gladly pay a few bucks to support the channel and have it as a PDF. Final note.....your song choices and musical taste is "chef's kiss".....comin from someone in the mid 40s that plays all those tunes in a band and loves learning something I've been neglecting or playing incorrectly for years. (ie Peg intro)
Your videos, in my opinion, are a revolution in music education on TH-cam. Previously, I spent days sifting through good sources and videos to learn. Your videos are so well laid out and easy to see, with the combination of hand-cam and key diagram, that I can learn within an hour! Of course, practicing for the next few weeks is essential! I'm insanely grateful you took that jump and started your channel. Cheers!
Thanks so much Pierre. I think your lessons are really great and, as you say, very much to the point. I have improved my playing dramatically since I started watching your videos. It's so much fun for me now. Love the improvements announced and wish you all the best. Thanks again!
Love your channel and I think you bring a great services to not only those that play piano but those of us wanting to learn. I give you a ton of credit for wanting to expand and grow. My concern would be copyrights. I know nothing about it but you see all the time people being dinged for it.
That's why I'm using Musicnotes-- anything I upload would be considered an "arrangement" of an existing, copy written composition. They handle the logistics for you! Thanks for watching!!
Pierre, you are an excellent teacher. Rick is absolutely right. For me I would like to sing songs you taught I really don’t need to play melody on piano as I want to sing. If in the future you can add session to teach us how to sing that song with the piano accompaniment that will be great. Thank you so much.
100% happy to support your amazing channel and really glad you've found such an elegant way to get at least something back in return for all the love and effort you clearly put in to every video every time. Your communication skills match your musical genius !
Good morning Pierre. Its 9.30am way down here in New Zealand. Awesome mate. Always looking forward to your amazing tutorials. Im not a great reader of music sheets, in fact I have always struggled, play by ear, however am enjoying how you deliver your tutorials. Great work. Many thanks Daniel 🎶
Daniel, thanks very much. Of the many mechanisms by which one can learn music (by ear, by rote, reading sheet music) one will always be dominant, depending on the type of learner. Nothing to be ashamed of.
Hi Pierre,i enjoy watching your videos esp your latest breakdown with Rick on the song Drops of Jupiter which i love,i'm happy to support you by buying any of your sheets..keep em coming, you deserve more subscribers too...
I've just got to say I love your channel - and love the tutorial videos you've already put out. The ones I've tried are really easy to follow, and you have such a great teaching style!! Although I read sheet music, I do so reluctantly and pick stuff up by ear and learn the chord shapes much faster than having to read the music. It's great you are now going to provide sheet music for those that want it. For me though often sheet music puts me off learning a song. Case in point - your recent 'Virtual Insanity' tutorial shows it's written in G flat major which is 6 flats!! No one in their right mind would attempt to read sheet music in 6 flats, yet when you learn the song by ear and by following chord shapes - who cares what key it's written in? Your teaching style really makes songs much easier to learn by the way you are able to break them down into sections. Keep doing what you're doing, and keep up the good work!
Nice idea. And by the way I really appreciate the way your lesson videos are set up, top-down camera etc. It’s the best version of this that I’ve seen.
Primarily a Trumpet player so I have lived my life in sheet music, and think this is a great addition to those who prefer it. Also nice shout out to Rick! I am a fellow Rochesterian :D
Thank you VERY MUCH for helping us all out to be better piano players. Your instruction is easy to follow and gives me great ideas on how to improve my own playing and come up with some creative ideas for practicing. Keep up the great work!!!
Oh it's pronounced Beato? I watched that video too. Glad it led you to us, your lessons are great. Sheet music sounds like a good edition. I'll happily buy that for the songs I'm learning from you.
Keep it coming! Your approach is the best. As an adult that has taken up the piano again after childhood leasons focused on sight reading (a/k/a "trained monkey") with little pop exposure and cord knowlege - seeing the cord played, highlighted and displayed on the grand staff is perfect. You do it so well, getting right to the leasson with little fluff and then help us with adding a top line melody to round out the song. In the end we should all be able to improvise and not just "type the piano". FYI - I use musescore to keep track of some of the songs you have done and add or subtact as needed - per my skill set. Perhaps others do as well. If you can market your sheet music with them also would be a plus. If not, happy to get ones I like on music notes. Thank you again.
This is great, I'll be a paying customer for sure! It would be very convenient if you had a webpage where we could enter requests, see what other people have requested, and upvote ones favourites. And there links to the sheet music and payments. 🙂
Great stuff, Pierre! I read music sheets and I have printed many many pages that now sits somewhere in my shelf. I totally agree that it is overwhelming to face 10 pages of a song that is has 5 different short sections. Your channel has contributed immensely to tackle that issue. So, thanks a lot! I believe I might be able to buy a few music sheets of my favorite songs. Is there a link to your profile at MusicNotes so we can find all your work?
Excellent presenter. Seems to be such a natural. Kind, talented, and never cocky. TH-cam asset.
🙏🏻 Thanks for watching!

Very exciting! I love it when you have said “it was written this way but this is how the artist really plays it”.

Post "Here Comes The Flood" from Peter Gabriel's "Growing Up Live" album and I'll buy that in a second! Good luck with the channel, this is great!
That’s a great song!

I love the idea, pretty excited about it!
Too funny! Transcription practice is the main reason I watch your videos. If you do a song I like, I transcribe it myself.
That's the best way to learn, and what I always advocate for when it comes to my students. Few can do it, though!

Would love you to do Lady by Styx...I'm confident this new approach will be a success for you.
Best piano lessons on TH-cam. Thanks
Thank you, that means a lot!
Thanks for the update, sounds great! And for those of us with lives outside of TH-cam, thanks for making this video 4 minutes and not 24 or 34! )
Haha! Always try to keep it short and concise.
So great. You are are very likeable person and a great piano teacher. Hope you get more subskriberes. .

Sounds great Pierre. I saw The Beach Boys in Englewood New Jersey Sunday night. I'd like to learn a Beach Boys or ABBA song. Thanks 🎹 👍
Noted...thanks!
Which of your tutorials have links to the sheet music? Maybe you should start a playlist of songs with sheet music.
This is a brand new idea, so moving forward I intend to link sheet music. Nothing so far, but stay tuned.
John Legend’s Bridge over troubled water is a great piece would you mind if teaching that. Thanks.

Great idea! Will you be doing this for new videos only, or will you create sheet music for some of your back catalog too?
Maybe, it's a very time-consuming endeavor, but over time that would be ideal!
Thanks Pierre ... what is the piano visualization software you are using please?
I use Chordie, it's great!
Hi Pierre,I like you videos & teaching style….I’m a Bassist, could you point out to me how a bass player can benefit from watching your channel? TY🎶🎶
Pierre, could I request that you made a tutorial of the Layla coda?
Great request! Sure.
@@pierrejpiscitelli I’ll be looking forward to it. Your tutorial skills are unmatched.
I think it’s great that you listen to viewer feedback! Can you post sheet music for Virtual Insanity?
No one ever does king of wishful thinking by go west. Could you perhaps do this one? I ask politely because I’ve always wanted to play it. Thanks man
I LOVE that song. I'll add it to the list!
@@pierrejpiscitelli thank you. I look forward to it. Very kind of you.
