They really listen to the players . That's means allot for the longevity of this game. 🧚♀️
I want them to add Daisy Duck to the game and have it to wear I can still lvl up the characters and do more quests I’m glad I brought the ps4 version and I would love it if our characters could learn magic 🪄 spells from good or evil or both 😊
Don't forget that with THIS big of an update, there are more issues that are bound to pop up with all these fixes going in. Hopefully the main things will be fixed though!
I'm so happy about the campfires! I've been wanting to put a couple of picnic tables and campfires in different biomes but all I could do was put some kitchen range in the middle of the wilderness
I just tried to buy a few from Scrooge, needless to say… ya can’t.
I wish the would lighten the forests up a little because it’s hard to see! I hope we are able to open more doers to get more characters! I have done most of my quests
When I added a room on my house, a radio I had out was right in front of the door and furniture edit woudn’t allow me to move it. I was glad to see that others had the same issue. Hope that explains that fix to you.
Elsa’s quest fix - find a villager that has the “let’s go see your house” option and bring them to Elsa’s cavern. Once inside, use the “let’s go see your house” dialogue option. After you leave, go back to the cavern and the quest should work!
Does this work if you can't access the orange cress?

You can’t pick up chest and put it back in your storage if items are in it. Clean out the items and pick the chest, put back in pocket, go see Scrooge. 🎉

Wish they allow us to change the intensity of the in-house lighting. Or at least allow us to switch it off when our char wish to sleep already.
You mentioned the "good/wholesome" feeling about this game and you are absolutely right. For me, it reminds me of a more innocent time in childhood. Remember when you wished you couldmeet with these characters as a child? Remember how good you felt when you saw them on the screen?!!! This game brings it all back "into life". :)
I like your idea for quests. I agree with you it's such a relaxing game. I'm not at all a "Disney Adult" but I've fallen in love with it. I suffer from chronic pain and have also been really sick this year, so I've had to spend long periods at home, just resting. This game has helped me calm my brain and escape.
I’ve been playing a crap ton lately. Just fixed the boat on the beach for Moana. Working on upgrading my shovel. Would really love to see Nightmare Before Christmas as well as The Haunted Mansion later on down the road.
Definitely still missing some key fixes! Most importantly, I'm missing a fix/change for STORAGE, how storage chests are criminally small with only two usable rows each (no matter how much you've updated your house or inventory), and IRON INGOTS being over used in both crafting and quests combined with the ores having a way too low droprate (why not sell them at Kristoff's stall?). Such a grind.
Other than that, though - super impressed with how much they are fixing already!! Really looking forward to this update!
Agreed! I always drag out quests that need Iron or Gems because once the quest pops up those two things refuse to appear and it takes forever
I'm so happy they are fixing the crashes it'll make my gameplay of this game easier
I'm pretty sure you're right about it being the forest, but unfortunately I think that's just the pavement from Forgotten Lands!!

That poof is part of the Little Mermaid furniture set - which you can buy from Scrooge. So not new.
People were also saying they couldn’t find the fire extinguisher for one of Wall-E’s quest so I hope that is fixed too.
I believe the lightening issue is in concern of players with flashing light sensitivities.

I actually love Donald’s tantrums! I find myself laughing all the time while I’m playing and he’s in the background flipping out. 🤣🤣🤣 I also love it when Goofy says dumb stuff like “hey, it’s raining! I wonder where my rain boots are?” Or when he’s fishing in the grass. I just love this game, period.

i think the floor in the clip is the forgotten lands pathing. with a rug on top you can place rugs outside in this game. new bookshelf, i think. and a new fence i think, unless if it is the all iron fence. ohhhh i looooove the sofa chair. and we can get gothel's cauldron!! sweet!! and i love that poof item. so excited
We already have that skull motif in game, so it better not be in the Star path lol..personally I’m hoping for a oogie boogie motif but i know it’s a reach

If you had a radio against the wall and then added a room causing a door to appear where the radio is it would be stuck there and you can’t pick it up.
That’s just sinister brick path with a rug on it. Book shelves and a chair to make artificial walls.
I really hope they fix the A Deal with Ursula quest even if it's not mentioned here. I can't place the dark crystals into the pillars and I've put so much time into this and don't want to start over.
That area in the Forest of Valor is using the Dark/Wicked Cobblestone, whatever it’s called. It looks like a preview to new furniture items.

I’m stuck on giving Elsa the fish pie.. I had wheat in my storage and didn’t pull it to my inventory so now the special pie that I made doesn’t register because I didn’t have wheat in my inventory 😅 good to see this is fixed
only big problem i have is items disappearing from my rooms and not the royal stuff but things from scrooge T-T
i mean like they deleted them self from the rooms there still in the collection but not in my inventory so i cant order more i really hope they will fix that as well

hope you see this comment but I have two main problems… Donald’s first quest I think where you have to grab items in his house and the items got stuck on the table and then Remy’s place has no peanuts at all despite me updating it completely! I’m stuck so early lol
You can get the peanuts from his realm in the castle.

Well, not everything. I've been losing items that I place on tables when I edit furniture. I'll go to save and the table glitches out and I lose what was on it. Don't see it mentioned in the patch notes. Hope it's fixed soon.
Right like the ONLY quest I’m stuck on is like Donald’s first quest I think where I have to find items in his house that he needs. Those items are still stuck in his table😭
I still have a clothing item stuck in Merlin's house from the chest that I can't reach. Other than that I havent had any issues with the game minus the crashes that happens on nintendo.
I play on switch and my game is kicking me out more and more lately. I’ve lost memories, furniture, clothing and coins to my game crashing. 😭
i cant wait for this update im ready to go as for that clip with the character fishing with mother gothal maybe those decorations in the background was just them moving furniture around maybe it could be a future character home hard to say right now
I hope they also fix Maui. He will sometimes trap me and proceed to flex and clap in my face till I close and reload the game. I hate having Maui in my village! He is too big and annoying! Also I began having an issue yesterday where I was unable to feed critters I hadn't seen before, I could approach them but not feed them anything.

For you wanting the safe, you have to empty the safe to be able to put in inventory
what about the pickled herring that gets added at the end and takes up room in your inventory

Is that container empty? Try getting all items in it then remove it and buy more.
If your water characters are too far away pull out your camera get them in frame and they'll come close
I had trouble moving my chest when in the house. Have you emptied the vault before moving it.
I have over 2 days played time on my cloud save and play on xbox cloud / game pass / pc version of xbox cloud and on android. I've experienced crashes twice (when in dialog everything hangs and doesn't move on). I haven't had any other bugs or issues.
Sometimes you can get a month of xbox game pass for £1 so this might be an option for anyone struggling with game breaking issues. With cloud save you can pick up where you left off.
I bought the game 2 times. I was able to order a steam deck. It runs very good on that! Just 1 crash in 2 weeks. On switch it crushs 4 times a hour🙈
to pick up vault and chest you need to empty it at least that what i needed to do to buy more
I didn't see anything regarding fixing issues on the count going up in the storage for items that shouldn't be counted such as rocks and bushes.

This was painful to watch. Every item shown in that “halloween house” is in the game already. They just laid down the dark brick path from forgotten lands to make it look like a floor. Cauldron has been in the game as well. You could literally build that whole thing yourself right now. I think you are looking way too deep into all of it

Their software developer is really ... I am lose for word ... to put it politely inexperienced. The prompt dialog box to override conflicting file save should be agiven for any implementation. It is a no-brainer and yet they missed that out. Anyway, the dialog box is only a basic solution and it does not prevent people from fast clicking and accidentally click the wrong choice. For such important stuff as losing all your progress in your game which could be months or years of work put in, they just naively let you click which file save you want to keep as solution? Naive and inexperienced. The industry best practice would be to pop up a text box and ask you to key in a long string of phrases to ensure you meant what you mean to keep which file save. For example to key in the phrase "Please Process" so that it will be absolutely sure there is no mistake and ppl don't accidentally mis-click the choice. What is so difficult to implement a text box confirmation? Are these developer just graduate from school or what? Are you sure they pass their school exam and did not cheat? What a bunch of idiots they employed.
And you received your software engineering degree from which Ivy league school? 🙄
@@cheesehead4670 There is no need to validate my credentials. My posting here is for the world to view. There are hundreds of thousands of software engineers and computer science professionals who can judge my word for its worth.
Why would saving to an essentially network drive (their cloud storage) (in terms of technology speak) be so difficult in today's modern technology? And we are not talking about big file size here. We are talking about small game file. Saving to network drive is no different from saving to local harddisk at high level programming because it has been abstracted via the OS API. Why are they not using OS API to save their game files and have to implement their faulty unstable file save? I just cannot fathom why simple file save can be a problem and you have to keep retrying. And I retried so many times that I gave up on a number of occasions. If you cannot get this basic 101 right for a small early access user group, you are gonna fail BIG TIME when they release it free-to-play. In theory you will be serving tens of millions possible free-to-play players who will save their files furiously non-stop 24x7 on a collective basis. This is very common for corporate world IT system. That is why I said their developer is inexperienced and have never work in big corporate dealing with real world network traffic and storage requirement. Their work (in the aspect of cloud save failure) is really a face-palm embarrassment in my not-so-humble-and-cocky opinion for a small file size and small user group setting.
We understand that this is early access and there are a lot of issue to iron out. But this issue of cloud file save is so fundamental that it is almost 'unforgivable' because users' hundred of hours of game progress has been wiped out due to their incompetency because user's latest game file save has been so easily overwritten by an old copy and hey, surprise surprise there is no version control and no roll-back to recover back your latest game file (something most if not all MMO game would have avail their players if they contact support to recover their game save). So you want to host a cloud storage to serve the whole world and you have no version control and backup at your storage? This is bloody cave-man software engineering design in modern age. Why not outsource all these to the professional cloud storage vendor and service provider to handle?
And look at their first page UI design. Putting the options of 'Continue' (with current game save) and 'New game' next to each other so close together for a relatively small click area is asking for DISASTER to happen because if you mis-click consecutively (could have happened due to lag of screen refresh that users keep clicking to get a response) 'New game', you would have created a brand new game save and overwrite your original game save progress. Simple thing like this to separate the 2 options apart on the UI to prevent accident click did not even cross their mind? I can go on with a few silly 101 mistake they have, but I will stop here to let the world judge. All these design flaws would not have happened in the first place if they are experienced. And back to the my first point. They are inexperienced software developer.
And please don't ask me if I am Donald Duck on a tantrum outburst here. I am not going to confirm here because my businessman uncle always tell me to keep a good reputation always and to always be friendly to people who may be your future customer. But screw my uncle. That is why he is rich and I am not. BTW I am not Donald Duck, I already told you so.
