A curiosity, gfriend has a story that connects all his mvs, as well as bts and txt, and they all three connect in a universe
Gfriend requested to have a Music Video without choreography part on it and just pure acting. Because their company always treated them very well, their request was granted

Crossroads is my second favorite title track, it’s great.
@@comsatteur6893 Buddies were so focused on promoting Labyrinth instead of Crossroads. I mean it's a great song but damn. Crossroads is the title track for a reason smh
The butterfly, clock, and the part where Eunha was standing in the room while it fell apart(3 different times) all have something to do with time travel.
I'm not sure if you've listened to it or not, but their song Labyrinth (in this album too) is A JAM. I think you guys will definitely like it if you're up for anime theme-like songs (a lot of GFRIEND's songs have the anime vibe).
Also, I was wondering if you guys were up for any GFRIEND album listening parties? My personal favorite albums are Labyrinth (the one with Crossroads), and Time For Us. But tbh all their albums are my favorites :D
Gfriend has a pretty confusing storyline to get your head round if you haven’t seen their other music videos etc.
To put it simply the main parts of their story are time travel, blue butterflies, glass beads, friendship, powers and clocks.
This is a spoiler but I may as well say it, they all gained powers and became envious of each other so it pulled them apart but they want to find each other again. We don’t really know exactly what each of their powers are. The butterflies are there from them using their powers, in the beginning you saw a butterfly missing correct? And then it showed a glass bead which was turning darker. The glass beads kind of represent them in a way, everytime they use a butterfly/ their power then their bead will turn darker and something unpredictable will happen. This information was from their tale videos/ the mini story books that have been in their latest 2 albums.
Hence why in Apple (which you also watched from them) it may symbolise that the unpredictable thing happened when they turned into “witches” in the MV
I missed out some stuff but that was an overview that I hoped helped :)

I never gave GFriend much of a listen until this song, which just blew me away. After this and "Apple," which I also loved, I went back through their whole discography, for which I'm immensely glad I did. Now I have a whole nother 80 or more songs to listen to and an addition to my Top 5 "so cute it hurts" idols in Eunha.

Thank you so much for reacting to gfriend. I did got how confusing gfriend mv are. To understand their whole storyline since debut better, please react to Glass bead, Me gustas Tu, Rough as we called school trilogy, then, react to Navillera, Fingertip, Love Whisper, Summer Rain, Time for the Moon night, Sunny Summer, Sunrise, Fever, A Tale of glass bead : Previous story, Crossroads, then A Tale of Glass bead : Butterfly effect. Gfriend is not your usual go to songs bcs they didnt try to deliver a song just to be catchy and be popular etc, they have their own unique sound and try to convey story from it. This why most of the people didnt easily like their song, but once it does, it really is worth your time. Thanks again.
