How do you get the laminate off the bottom roller that has wrapped itself around it? There is no lead laminate to pull or come off. I do not want to damage the roller. I tried calling your number and didn't get any where.

Try unplugging the laminator for at least 10 seconds and plug it back in. 3. Did you trip the breaker or blow a fuse?
