I don't have that problem. My problem is the screw. We pulled it out from the handle and now we can't turn it back no matter how hard we try to push the handle. Stupid but that's the only thing why the umbrella doesn't work.
You know when a person can only qualify to work as a repairman when he can't even make a cohesive tutorial. Hope you enjoy repairing umbrellas for the rest of your life, because that's the only thing you will amount to.
