  • Card-Shark presents Fantastic Aces.
Devised by the inventor of “The Sympathetic 10” Jörg Alexander, this routine is perhaps the greatest Ace assembly ever created. Jörg has been perfoming “Fantastic Aces” since 2010 in his formal close-up shows.
“Fantastic Aces” received rave reviews from the attendees at 2015 FFFF invitational convention, where Jörg lectured the routine in english language for the first time. Better than McDonald's “$100 Routine” (McDonald's Aces); Better than Brother John Hamman's “Final Ace Routine”. Truly a magical ballet of the cards and your hands. “Fantastic Aces” is the Ultimate in Ace assemblies.

Hmm, I think Jorg is using a certain Skinner Monte prop on that last disappearance! That is clever!

CardSharkGermany is this the same method as the Grandpas Aces routine ?

I'm not sure changing a df for a mi is an improvement. There are also much smoother and more convincing initial laydowns. Possibly trying to get the spectators to care (by use of a story ie."Grandpa's Aces") or relevant to the effect might enhance the background music. Decent but in my eyes only that.

Richard Cook with the way the method is however, there are subtle things not apparent on a first viewing that are very strong. The cards at the end ARE THE 12 cards. No switches or anything, just clean vanishes all the way through. And a flawless ace collection at the end, no palms or other funny moves.

The long stories are twee. And boring. They might go well with people in their 60s+ but most people aren’t interested in that stuff any more.
