Hey Monk, just got Dark Star Shaco out of a reroll and was looking to learn how to play him. I really appreciate how you commentate your thought process and decision making. It helps clear up why you do what you do and allows for me to better understand itemization as you go through your game process. I find jungle to be pretty hard but the way you talked about the map and highlighted the mistakes you made and where you could have done things differently was very helpful.

a little tip for shaco players. Dont actually max your q. High elo people put 3 points in it and then max e. Then finish maxing q after and then w (With R as priority ofc)

@@baldboyfriend8589 you don't need more than 3 points in early and mid game and the dmg from e has way more value. But you need that 3 points for efficent ganks and escapes
Really enjoyed the video, the commentary you give us is amazing! Just a little something about box placing when doing baron / dragon: since the two mighty beasts one shot your traps, the damage it grants is very minimal and results in an inefficient box placing. However, positioning the traps like a “wall” on the side of the enemy team, the boxes will be a great help for buying time and securing the objective, which makes much more use out of shaco’s w other than just tanking a hit.

You can hit the crab from the opposite side of your box to push them back towards your box and make them circle your box taking maximum dmg.

With the shuttle crab box mishaps, just cut crab off and make it run back, it quite easy even at lvl 2

I'm confused by jungling ( I'm new ) but what's blue buff and red buff. Also any tips for jungling?
Those are the 2 main camps of your jungle, They give a lot of Experience and if u kill blue buff it gives you Mana regen and killing red gives health regen
3:20 That's acommon mistake on the new Morde. People only use his E as a grab when it works very well as a disengage if placed on top of yourself. As people learn this ganking Morde is gonna become harder :p

I usually do have to target my clone when ambushing somebody. it seems like its controlls are kinda buggy like morde ghost's

Duskblade is the first huge power boost for shaco and that is why we prioritize it than the jungle item.

As a toxic shaco otp, I was thoroughly triggered. For you young aspiring jesters out there, pls never put three boxes on buff with leash, build refillable/ any boot other than zerk greaves, or use dark harvest in ranked.
