Off topic but the glasses you’re wearing in this video are gorgeous! Would you share what brand they are?
What are the 2 platform that keeping you booked ? And do you need extra insurance for mid term rent beside the owner property regular insurance ?
You mentioned 5 platforms for sourcing tenants. Then, you stated you only use two of them. I may have missed it, but did you state which two you use?
I was going to ask the same thing. She leads into it at the end and then doesn't state the two platforms when the video ends. (I'm guessing Furnished Finder and Zillow from her previous videos.)
That's what the consultation programs are for. Just a subtle teaser here.
Do you need landlord insurance if you post the property on Airbnb and therefore have air cover protection?
This is really hard to say. I think Landlord Insurance is primarily to cover loss of income if your place is really messed up, but Air Cover actually covers this. See below.
#5 Lost income policy
Because of a guest liability, you've been forced to cancel bookings and lose income. Aircover will cover you for the lost bookings. The important point to note here is that Airbnb will cover you only for bookings on Airbnb and not other platforms.
Which platforms are you using
Thanks for your comment. I list them at the end of the video.
Atlantic Beach Florida (within Jacksonville technically) but it is a separate city requires 90 days minimum.
