No offense to the modders but about a fourth of all the mods actually look great. The rest either need more work or look like the Wal Mart versions of the great ones.

It sort of irked me when he said "Platosaurus" instead of "Plateosaurus" because that is the dinosaur species that makes that unforgettable appearance at the end of the first Walking With Dinosaurs episode, where a herd arrive from upriver :)
aw sweet! you posted right when i was searching for something to watch, and by the looks of it so was spinosaurus considering he brought his whole family!
I think the way you explained is a good way to handle mod spotlights. Cause at the end of the day, you weren't showcasing EVERY mod that came out before new species were a thing, so now that adding new species is becoming more of the norm, it makes sense to stick to the same original formula.
Did you know that there are numerous new species mods in planet zoo? I would love to see your coverage on those too, and a many I’ve seen look as good quality as the best JWE mods. I do understand that you might want to put off modding PZ just because it is still regularly updated (not saying JWE is dead).
I may have some stuff on that soon. Keep an eye out 👀
Honestly suprised the postosuchus isn't on the indoraptor rig, since both animals could swapp between quadropedal and bipedal stances.

Edit: and also Spinosaurus! (btw, you didn't install it in the wrong way, it may be a bit confusing but this mod actually adds the JP3 Ingen spino as a new species, and replaces the original)
I think Diplodocus would've made a better base for Amargasaurus. Nigersaurus's head wades too close to the ground to resemble Amargasaurus. That's just me though cause I love Amargasaurus.💗

Oxalaia is a brazilian dinossaur, and all we have from it is some of the head bones. There is discussions if it's a spinossaurus aegipticus or a separated specie. But if it's separated, it was probably verry similar to aegipticus.

The Postosucus also has the very coveted ability to teleport food into its mouth by bending space and time to its will. Signs of its extinction all point to interference from the inter-dimensional police.
In fairness. Some people like to depict Deinocheirus as having a mass of fluffy feathers on it but its sheer size and the climate it occupied would have made that a major downside. Quills and some partial coverings of protofeathers though? That's more likely.
After 3 years I’ve completed and nearly got all the achievements for this game. I’ve bought every dlc and skin pack. I need this, and if they add new achievements and a dlc, I’ll be both happy and mad

The accurate Spinosaurus isn't a seperate species, the new species was the hybrid old Spino, you didn't mess up your install

So is Postosuchus now officially a bipedal animal? Last time I checked (years ago) it was a quadraped that couldnt just use it back legs for a long time

The more accurate versions should be unlocked when you unlocked 100% of the DNA of the dinosaurs
Noob question but, all the mods BiS lists on the description, are they all non-replacement aka don't replace current IG dinosaurs, or are some of them replacement mods?

Yeah that thing was always something I missed in our dinosaur roster! Very famous but still unique dinosaur! And one of the few dinosaurs from the triassic ingame!

Oxalaia beeing a young Spinosaurus is quite weird because Oxalaia is brazilian and Spinosaurus is african
Some scientists are under the impression that spinosaurus lived more widespread than previously thought! It was semi aquatic and since the continent’s have moved a lot since the Cretaceous it was believed it swam from Africa to South America... Ofcourse this is all pure speculation since there is no concrete evidence oxalaia belongs in the genus spinosaurus! Partly because currently all oxalaia fossils are very fragmentary and they are rare!
So who knows!
Hey, I need help please! I don't know what happened, but when I installed like 20 dinos and deleted the first Torvo new species created:
- That Torvo now replaces Allo's icon in the Database, despite beign, well, deleted.
- Now I can't see the colours nor hear the sound queues of the cosmetic genes (still can use them).
What should I do? I already reinstalled my backup and nothing. Maybe restar my camping?
How does he add the custom carcha? does he just plonk the files in the ovl folder?

I downloaded the smilodon and saurophaganax mods and then unzipped them and then copied and pasted them into the ovldata of jwe and then they didn't appear in the sandbox I need help
