    You could have banana fritter for dessert. This would work well with lotus root (Renkon), too.

    Oh? I didn’t know you could eat the white inner flower core too? I saw on TH-cam where they were showing how to prepare , clean the banana flower. But they just showed using and cleaning the white/ yellow stems that are attached to the red leaves. I made a Thai soup using the stems, but threw the rest of the flower away. Next time I know to use the white part too. Thanks

      Thanks for your compliments, You can skip adding egg yolk. Both Crispy flour and rice flour are just fine and will still make the tempura crispy.
