Absolutely agree that the New York market is showing resilience, but it’s a strategic move to diversify. Have you considered Turkey’s commercial real estate market? Istanbul, for example, is seeing incredible growth with much lower entry points than New York. Plus, the returns are highly promising as Turkey continues to bridge East and West economically!
