- As a part of the UCI Center for Healthspan Sciences "Your Healthspan" Seminar Series, in collaboration with the UCI Center for Integrative Movement Sciences (CIMS), this presentation discusses the important role that fascia or connective tissues play in human health-beyond simply our mobility. The November 1, 2021 panel discussion was led by Dr. Mahtab Jafari, the Center Director and Professor at the UCI School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. Introductions were made by CIMS Director, Dr. Monica Daley.

Really interesting points, I’ll def think of using NSAIDS differently.
My pt was right, motion is literally lotion.
Instead of trying to educate the newcomer, maybe provide new research on the niche subject you make content for. Those of us that want to learn more and then find this... are disappointed.
A whole lot of nothing burger. Get back to us in fifteen years after you have some usable research.

As a massage therapist this is an excellent resource to give my clients for a digestible understanding of the importance of movement. For some, this is just enough. Let’s not discourage this, rather- you keep digging for the deeper stuff you’re looking for.
