The biggest issue with Cameo is there's no escape option aside for instant kill sources, your lives just work as an extended healthbar basically. Atleast upon normal death (unless someone knows where you spawn and goes there) you can't get all lives taken instantly.

Yeah but if you can't use spells and you can easily wipe if you get in a bad situation. It's really not that good.
