it is inside the device, it is a safety switch you can't access it I guess, it turns the device OFF when your device rolls over or falls flat on ground to protect damage.
Don't know about another places, anyone living in a location where temperature is around 10 degree, please don't purchase oil fin heaters .It is useless and is just a waste of money . I recently purchased Havells 13 fin wave OFR which doesn't change the room temperature much (standard room, not big one). One of the reason might be its quite cold over here, around 10 degree . Whatever it is , don't expect OFR heater will setup the room temperature to normal. Quite unhappy with the product and with myself for not brainstorming that the heaters can't level up the temperature if it's 9 or 10 degrees.
Same here. I too bought a 13 wave fin OFR 10 days back. It's of no use eventhough temperature is over 15C at my place at this time. They don't provide any specification for how much max temperature their oil pipe can reach. So no way to cross-verify if the product is working as intended by Havells.
OMG. Thank you for pointing out otherwise I thought that there's something wrong with my OFR. I bought it 3 days back and my friends started making fun of me for investing this much in a useless thing. I bought a 13 fin OFR.

Doesnt matter if in the centre or corner. Although placing it Beneath window compensates for incoming cold air.
