Con Smith Parkrun Course, Cavan, Irl

1st parkrun of the 2024. This time CAVAN! The course is around Cavan Institute - in the park and carpark. About 1/4 of the course is not suitable for wheelchair users due to uneven surface, gravel with loose small and bigger stones and holes. It is doable only with an off-road attachment. The hill section is not very steep and on tarmac.
