It's because that Damon was meant to be a prep at some point. but Rockstar changed him to be a Jock in final version. and there's even unused lines of telling Jimmy to beat up greasers. in a removed mission or errand. and plus Juri would been 2nd in command instead of Damon too.
that’s cause townies attack the most frequently and their attacks are strong while the preps attacks are weak which is probably why they have the ability to dodge and do 4 hit abilities and they rarely block Damon attacks more frequently and he blocks a lot more plus they did defeat him lmao
