It's after they meet Sai, and then they're headed to go secretly meet up with Kabuto, but since Naruto, Sakura, and Sai aren't getting along, Yamato decides to go to a hot spring where the can all bond. That scene you pointed out is a dream Naruto has when they're staying at the hot springs. I hope this helps somehow.

while i do agree that naruto fits under the catagory of anime that was just to damn long, dbz, one peice, and so on, its good. Like i was never much of a one peice fan since i just dont like the style of art, and dbz was over hyped to me. But Naruto is actually good. Its interesting, has bad ass momments worthy of garren lagan or black lagoon, and the charricters feel real. I could even say that Naruto started my anime adiction since it was the only manga my local librabry had. God damn it, I love this show now!
