these days, I'm more excited about your scripts than anyone's new music LOL. Amazing work again. Just for the next update, could you assign a button for Recording Capture? I use it all the time, and it would be fab to have it at the press of a button!

I suppose by "hack" you mean updating the version check to support 12. I'm curious what wasn't working with that? My understanding was that there were no updates to the user scripts, at least in 12.0. I didn't run into any issues through my testing, but that's not exhaustive.

There was no updates to the Python major version bundled into the application that powers the user scripts. But when you examine the code, most of the remote scripts depend on Ableton developed Frameworks. The first was titled _Framework, the next is “v2”, the last being “v3”. Depending on the features of the script and the Components you’re using, that could change from version to version.
Not to mention that the whole folder structure of the code base had to change as I’m not required to support Python 2 anymore.
I’ve learned a lot about the inner workings of Ableton developing these scripts and I’m willing to share what I’ve learned if you’re interested.
his has a dedicated note repeat for Ableton?
Are there any conflicts when you use the MPC Software as aq vst on track if you have the MPC Studio Mk 2 chosen as a control surface or will the Mk2 work as normal with the MPC vst? I'm thinking about purchasing this to use the pads for drum racks along with my Push 2. I'm hope that the note repeat work also in this script.
Just bought the script and installed on my Mac. I was able to set up the MIDI in and out but, the controller doesn't do anything. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
I can assigne the trimmed sample to the pad’s akai?

Not at all. This stuff just takes a long time. People underestimate how much time it takes to develop, test, fix, and distribute these scripts. I don't wanna just put out garbage, so I take my time. Some people still have issues, but it's much less than what it would've been if I didn't take the time to test and fix errors. Also... It's just me out here lol. I got no help from Akai or Ableton... yet... Hopefully that changes!

The MPC One already works with Ableton Live. Just have to put it in Control Mode, use the Akai Network Midi Driver, and select the Akai Force control surface in Ableton Live.
I am working on a scripts for the MPC One for both Studio One, and FL Studio. Stay tuned.

@@x-producer-b I noticed in the Abelton 11 version you were able to control VST's from the Studio One, but in 12 you used a separate keyboard. Are you able to control vst's like Octane and TIZE, and SYLO with the Studio One or do I need to connect a keyboard. Reason I'm asking is because I'm not getting any sound when using them. I see input on computer screen but no audio out.
