You are so relatable. *ugh* because same. Life has been life-ing me, and riding the wave through the low is so tough. I "watch" Robert and James, and, like, 2 other channels to distract my brain from my "lows." They really do help, and it's not possible to convey to another person the dark feelings of my soul, or to appropriately express the gratitude to a creator that just them being them, and doing what they're doing, and sharing themselves really does help with those moments. Those LOOOONNNNNGGGG, dark, sad, heavy moments. Creators will never truly know how important their parasocial relationships mean to some people. Like you. And me. I felt your comment in my spirit and felt the urge to respond. Because you are not alone. There are others out here feeling what you're feeling. The deep weight of depression and the appreciation of creators for being the friend and company you need sometimes. I am here with you. It's dark, but you're not alone. Sending good vibes out that you are able to climb out of the depths sooner rather than later and that you no longer feel the depths of the pain and sadness depression brings. (Some people aren't into praying; and I'm on the autism spectrum, so I don't really hug.)

Savour every precious moment, they seem to fly by when you're least expecting it. Also, don't be dumb like I was and please ask for help when you need a few minutes/take time for yourself, even if it's a shower, sunscreen, lip balm.

yea i used to spend months in hospital, my girlfriends would come do glam days and i'd feel so much better just looking good, being pampered and laughing at the "sexy"/sillly nightgowns they'd come up with. makeup can do magic

you should definitely find someone who can install central AC or a ceiling fan, its definitely worth it. Im not sure if such a service is available in the UK. But with the heat getting worse every year its definitely something you should look into. Also stay hydrated and consider getting Liquid IV or a similar brand that enhances hydration in water.
