I see. I never play GTA before but after seeing a few clips it seems like its the distance of the car travel to you the moment you pop up the gun at the car is probably the trigger. If the distance too short it won't trigger. Needs to take out the weapon earlier like Hendy did. Maybe I should try playing one day.
