Well ,my msi laptop with rtx 3070ti(150w) and i7 12650h runs the game with almosy double frames .How is this possible ?I suppose the optimisation in this game is terrible
great performance. One thing I do not like on laptops is that the more powerful are, the more they loose their portability. I can bet that paying for an hr, will drain the battery a great deal. Btw, how long can you game on it before you get the battery message ?
Nobody play laptop in battery lol , it should be plugged in to power up the gpu , but if you use it for browsing or watching movies , i bet it can last upto 8hrs
Nvidia has a cap on it, for the moment people who pay for those 140W are getting equal performance to those with the 85W (105W with DynBoost) version… Hope that they fix it with an update or something soon.
@@WuxingGaming Is not the laptop’s fault, this game is badly optimized, also play it in the screen native res 1920x1200. Ultra is only playable with the 4080+ or cards with 24 GB of Vram… it is just crazy…
@@EduPryda my bad I was referring to the vram, not the ram. But in steam, it specifically recommends the person to get GPUs with an 8GB of VRAM, if 8GB of VRAM was needed, then Should't a 4090 or 4080 suffice and be placed there?

those temps are way too cool for a laptop

That's the default 40 series temp. However a cooling pad is still necessary.
The new 40xx laptops are cool especially the strix g16 , i can confirm i run those temps without cooler, in silent mode the fans are barely running
Just turn down environmental Textures to high you'll get decent frames

There some resolution between 1080p and 2k, I think it is 1.5k lol but if you chose that one it can give 60+ fps with fsr on

Why you mention gpu tgp 140w and your tgp not even close to 70w?
The game don t use the full power of the gpu so in that case is not necessary more than 70 watt

i had to put 32gb of ram for the fps to increase in desktop
