Honestly this song is great, but surprisingly I just can't get enough of the first verse of Steve(?), the way that first verse flows and sounds is AMAZING, those notes from 0:17-0:21 especially are just OUGH, so good
This has probably been said already but I like how these sound a lot slower than the original songs, perfectly reflecting the fact the Minecraft music is more slow and calm while Sonic is about being fast so the songs are of course rather fast. These two are very well done, I can't wait to see what you'll do with triple trouble if you ever decide to cover it.
Sonic.EXE Alt-Franchise mixes that fit the musical styling of the new setting are always great. Battle Network V1 and V3 for Mega-Man, Disguised for Pokemon, Misfire's Mario Mix, and The Pickled One's Minemix are all shining examples of this.
