A half-century later, essayist Jerome Seinfeld refreshed the language, but however lamentably, the concept needed no update: Seinfeld posited a world of "pony countries and non-pony countries". At one time the contents of Seinfeld's bathroom were of interest if not on view. One item was actually proven to have been in the toilet.
