Some of your issues are addressed. They mentioned expanded rules to increase board size and play sudden death to begin with.

Yeah I figured that would be the case. This was a prototype and I usually expect a few changes - I'm glad to see they are increasing the size.

Looks fun. Looking forward to this.
Does look a small map for 2 players (my typical player count). But, maybe that is needed with the nudging to work. But, jumping looks too dangerous for 2 player boards.

Confirmed in campaign, games can be played on larger maps! One tile per player is the recommended minimum.
