More like because this gundam is not very popular, people hate how it looks like a skeleton. Which is ironic since it's supposed to look like that. The Narrative was never a MS intended for real usage, it was just a leftover testbed for the Nu. The thing wasn't even covered in proper armor even when it was still in use.
