*All purpose flour(maida)-1 cup(130 gm)
*Salt-1 tsp
*Cooking oil-1 tbsp
For Stuffing- *Cabbage(grated)-1.5 cup
*Onion(chopped)-1/2 cup
*Capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 cup
*Green chilli-1
*Carrot-1/2 cup
*Garlic (chopped)-1 tbsp
*Ginger - 1 tsp
*Salt to taste
*Black pepper powder -1 tsp *Soy sauce-1 tsp
*Cooking oil-1 tbsp
