Those things can help make art look better, yeah, especially if you want to improve your art further. For example, it could help maje your poses feel less stiff if thats a concern for you. But unless you're actively working to have art be your career one day, its not necessarily something you need to do if it's not going to bring you joy. So, just have fun with your artistic process!
