    I went to view a car there, it was exactly what I was looking for. Met with a "salesman" and he was so nonchalant and uninterested, made me feel like he was doing me a favour. Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else. If that is what the sales experience is like, I cannot imagine after sales service. Customer service is key, especially when buying a vehicle.

    We sold our car to them. After about 2 weeks they got a fine with the car and never registered it in their name so the fine came to us. We called and they said it'll be sorted. A month later it still wasn't, they said again it will be.. This was in 2022. This month, 03/2024 we received a court summons for the fine, almost a full 2 years later.
    I refused to leave until they paid the fine and showed me proof of payment in black and white. Their after sales is horrible.

    I have had the same experience when I bought my vehicle there. Very cold.
    After sale even colder.

    I visited their branch with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. I took my business elsewhere due to non existent customer service, despite the fact that there were multiple sales consultants on the floor.

    Sadly throughout my years of purchase/shopping for cars the customer experience is seriously lacking. For many people it's an expensive exercise and a positive experience through salesman goes a long way to alleviate the anxiety of making that commitment. Please visit more dealerships as well maybe they learn from your experience and improve there service. Maybe

    I felt that way when I went to VW Bellville, no Hey or anything. I just decided to go to N1 City instead

    I bought my ford ranger there and just like we buy cars and with every other dealership u need to know what u looking at or take someone with who knows far more then u. If u buy kak it’s on you.

    But no dude you can't compare Hyundai and VW interiors in 2024. VW is definitely 10 times better 😂

    Granted, their customer service sucks... But please NOT WeBuyCars. Those one's will sell you a lemon with a smile.

    Sold my car to them in 2021 and later went hunting for a friend's car and Lo behold the service is terrible you can walk 1 hour in the whole showroom without anymore coming to assist you. Despite them having the so called "cleaner" cars, they are terrible in customer service.
