I am here in 2024. And this is my precious mother’s favorite phrase. One day at a time. She now has dementia and in a nursing home. She is 92 and each time I talk with her and visit it is one day at a time. I have to give her to Jesus knowing that even though her memories are gone sweet Jesus is keeping her one day at a time.
I lost my mom May 2020, she loved this song. Now I can feel each word and it gives me hope. I was in a terrible car accident 2 weeks ago and all I wanted was my mom. I’ve been dealing with severe anxiety and panic attacks since then.. I try to cling to God as much as I can. This song is beautiful. So much meaning. Continued prayers from anyone.
