Plastic bottle preform se banta hai jiska material PTFE (Poly tetra floro ethylene) hota hai..Preform ka dia aur length chhoti hoti hai..Usko Blowing machine me laga ke usko heat kar k aur usme air blow kar k us ko bottle ka shape dia jata hai..Jaisa mould hoga waisa hi shape bottle le lega..Is process me mould ko thanda rakhne k lie us ke andar se continuous chilled water flow karvana padta hai..us se chiller ki lines ko connect kr ke..lekin wo water circulate hota hai..chiller ki tank se mold me flow ho ke wapas chiller me chala jata hai aur wapas mold me aata hai..to waha zyada water waste nahi hota..Aur jab wo bottle water filling and capping k lie Bottling machine me jaati hai tab waha usko rinse ki jaati hai malab machine me thoda paani use kar k usko andar se dho k clean kia jaata hai..aur usi paani k source se rinse k lie water aata hai jis se bottle me paani bharna hai..to wo rinsing process me thoda paani (approx 100-150 ml) use hota hai jo waste hota hai..Baaki zyada paani nahi lagta bottle banaane me..Ha plastic ke preform manufacturing me kitna paani lagta hai uska mujhe andaza nahi..Bt, 3-4 ltre se to kam hi hoga.
