cool video! what shoes do you wear here? they look like la sportiva speedsters.. if they are.. are the speedsters good shoes for fontainebleau? (looking for an addition to my solutions.. since they dont smear well..)
Another climbing video where there are so many cuts you can't actually see the climb. Why the heck do filmers do this? Especially on boulder problems, where the climb would be so short even if they did show it properly! This could have been such a great video.
Bill Shubert sorry to hear that the video did not match your taste. I try to make bouldering Videos with a certain flow in them, a good mix of climbing, nature and the whole atmosphere held together with a rhythm of a track i like. I think there many pure compilations of uncutted ascents in wich you can see the whole beta, but i rather like to experience and witness this in real life. I try to see climbing videos as an artwork wich can show things that are just possible through the medium of film and music, like a certain flow, atmosphere and different perspectives, and cant be witnessed when you stand in the forrest yourself, wich is of course in the end still my favourite thing to do ;) but i can understand if you dont like this style of editing because indeed, the main focus is not on showing ascents.
Thanks for the replay climbtoheaven. It's probably just a difference of what people want. I watch climbing videos to see climbing, watching for the climbing; I want to see all the moves uninterrupted, or at least as much of the climb as is possible. What you made is more like a music video, and it seems a lot of people like that (they keep getting made!), so you can just ignore me if you want. It's a beautiful climbing area and you got some good shots.
Please excuse me I was rude, I apologize, the locations, images and colors are beautiful, they inspired me to travel there, just I feel you ruined the action with weird cutting. IE I found this: "Quoi de neuf 8c and more - Just another Fontainebleau Clip #2", and this is amazing, you are artistically gifted my friend, excuse I made a stupid comment
thanks for these words! dont worry, i know from my own experience that the internet anonymity sometimes brings out the worst of oneself, just like to much beers can do :D greetings and a good day !
SUPER COOL

And also, i climbed many of those boulders myself and took care that the crucial beta details are included ;) no crux move is missing here
