A couple of things I like about this compared to other applications that are doing the rounds. 1. Attacker doing roundhouse style punches or grabs (front & rear) - far more likely from your average Joe attacker; and 2. The various applications still maintain the approximate form of the kata.
To be honest I only look at the bunkai as one bit reason being is that you probably only need to do one move to protect yourself....especially in regards to using reasonable force.
Wow, that application is the way it should be taught. Not a childrens karate indeed. Not even remotely close to whats is taught at your average karate dojo. Great video.
