And finally is Mary Lambert who you may have heard before, from being featured on Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' "Same Love". Their cover of RISE was made in support of LGBTQ+ community, as they are all members of said community. Mitch's voice is so high because his vocal chords are shorter than most men's. But he has trained his voice since he was a child, literally, and has enormous control of his voice. He also has a 6+ octave range. He is a phenomenon.

What a sweet reaction to this beautiful cover. I love the Superfruit version of the song much more than the original by Katie Perry. Her version was over produced with more of a driving beat, but that diminishes the power of the song in my opinion. Superfruit was singing with their hearts and you could tell that they were in their feels during their stripped back version. As a tribute to the LGTBQ+ community, they were amazing and they touch my heart whenever I hear it.
