Figured out how to do this First you have to disconnect the headset on any bluetooth devices and remove it from your phone or PC paired devices to prevent it from auto connecting again Then you need to turn off yourr headset. With a needle and the wireless dongle connected(blinkng slowly), take the pin and long press the switch in the small hole just below the blue light on the dongle The blue light wil start to blink faster, then you turn on your headset again by pressing the MFB button for 2 seconds only, or it will try the bluetooth pairing again if you take longer. I have the same question, even if I reset the headset it stills tries to connect via bluetooth
After use bluetooth mode, how can I change back to dongle mode and connect with pc? The blue light is blinking but doesn't connect.

First you have to disconnect the headset on any bluetooth devices and remove it from your phone or PC paired devices to prevent it from auto connecting again
Then you need to turn off yourr headset.
With a needle and the wireless dongle connected(blinkng slowly), take the pin and long press the switch in the small hole just below the blue light on the dongle
The blue light wil start to blink faster, then you turn on your headset again by pressing the MFB button for 2 seconds only, or it will try the bluetooth pairing again if you take longer.
