However, that is completely different than what the video description says, that this is Guizhou, which is an interior province and has no border from China. The description also talks about bamboo and coal, when the video contains only reference to the lead mine. WTF.

China spends hundreds of billions of dollars all over the world building highways, tunnels, bridges, stadiums, ports as part of belt and road program in other countries..... Why can't they spend just 0.1% of that money in their own country for their own people on this road and tunnel @6:20 ???
