It’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.
A lot of folks have been going on about the bull rally and said stocks that would be experiencing significant growth, any idea which stocks this may be? I just sold my home in the Boca Grande area and I’m looking to remunerate a lump sum into the stock market before stocks rebound, is this a good time to buy or no?

I’m 22 and I have never had one conversation or lesson regarding this. I got by trying to teach myself the whole “rent” thing, but I know I don’t want an apartment forever. Thank you for what you do.
22 here as well, and can completely relate. I desperately want to live alone. But I know having my own home is IMPOSSIBLE. Especially for alot of people 😔

You pay the selling agent indirectly in the form of a higher purchase price. Sellers typically have a net amount they want for their home and they will attempt to “transfer” the cost to the buyer.

Considering that remote working allows people to move to cheaper cities, and that real estate prices are not in line with the unemployment rates, evictions and foreclosures -which actually is happening worldwide-, it is actually the best moment to understand how to invest in a house, just to be prepared when the prices get affordable for us.
