As someone who has played a lot of blue already, Battlebeast Bulltopdog is definitely NOT a 1 star spirit, minimum 4 stars if you're playing the crush/mill deck, which you would be if you're using the best boi. The effect stacks, so if you have 2 of him out during a crush attack that discards a spirit, that's 2 cores ramped. Combine that with Raid as well, and you're just bumping cores which blue definitely needs, and it's not once per turn, it's each time a crush effect mills a spirit (although if it mills 3 cards, 2 of them are spirits, it's still only 1 core that's ramped). Plus the cores are ramped directly onto a spirit and not into the reserve, so you're able to have your spirits go up levels as they attack for example.
Also, I strongly disagree with Nirvana, 8,000BP for 3 cores is decent, but you're also getting BP buffs from nexus' which also stack, so I also disagree with your 1 star rating of Rock Pillar Aquapolis, that nexus is absolutely cracked for your crush spirits, and the fact its Lv1 & Lv2 effects stack per nexus, and the Lv2 only requires 1 core, again for the mill strategy it is fucking amazing, so typically your BP is going to be higher when you attack, and they have to decide whether to block and lose a spirit, or take the life and mill 3 cards per Lv2 Rock Pillars you have out. Buuut, if you also have Honorable Duel down and the soul core on the spirit, if they block and get destroyed, they're milling 3 cards per Lv1 Honorable Duel in play, so either way they're going to mill haha, but back to Nirvana, you're milling 4 cards per attack at level 2, you can raid to refresh and mill another 4 cards, then effect of Honorable Duel nexus will allow you to refresh 1 Golem or War God spirit at the end of your turn for EACH Honorable Duel nexus you control.
Mandala is definitely a great card, but so far i've found Nirvana to carry much harder for me, and I hold Mandala longer to try and maximize his discard effects by having at least 3 nexus out and some crush spirits to discard. He just requires more setup so he's more of a finisher to mill the last 18 or so cards haha.

Sanzor is NOT weak. He is a strong side card against Nova (stops both Starblessed Draw and Charged Draw) and he might even work against Purple as Purple tends to often play a lot of 3-4 cost spirits.
Now yes, Sanzor also stops your Strong Draw, but that's where I think comboing Lirica with Meteorite Impact Zone will make up for it.

With me hoping to play Gale and Crush when I get the nesacery cards, this brings me glee
(Now I wish Yellow would be good)

Flood stream easiest 5 star but giant king randoph is 1 ? Something doesn't track there

I might be alone in this one, but I think flood stream is overrated - most of the time it's just a 1 for 1 that can't hit most of the most impactful things?

I think it's around 4 stars. As a 2 effect 5 drop it kills squishies and burst effect uses your spirit which is controllable and Blue decks in general should aim to run high BP key cards to deal with the impactful units. If the most impactful thing you said has an impossibly high BP it's not to Blue's strength because spirit destruction is a Red trait esp by BP. Something like Allegro or cthulou shark serves that purpose better
