in today’s society, being a girl myself im so glad that in my school girls and boys were taught about periods,reproduction etc,knowing that our parents didn’t get this much education makes me feel so grateful that we know about periods since an early age since our parents taught us. What personal matter ? It is a biological process. Everyone needs to understand this. No need to make it a taboo rather we should create awareness about menstrual hygiene.
In 21st century the shopkeeper still gives the pads into a black polythene bag or wrap the pads in newspaper . Why we still have such things in our society. Why people are still feel awkward about this. This video will surely aware people that periods are normal and in during periods women are not impure. Agree. But i was thinking from the older generations and other types of people’s point of view who are still not comfortable about being open about it. The shopkeepers and allof us needs to respect their decisions and shopkeepers have no idea about people’s choice hence its better for them to cover it before giving.

Something like this happened to my bestie when she had her mensus first time i already experienced it so I rushed towards my bag to give her pads but we were in music room so it took neatly 15mins to bring to her.
In the meantime she was kind of feeling uncomfortable (i know it's normal) we both never had any third friend we were like outcasts (i mean we never got along with others) at that time some boys were staring at her and she was embarrassed when they started whispering to each other ear but luckily they meant no harm we got to know this when one of those boys approached her and talked to her and stretched his helping hand out he then asked the other boys to come they all covered her from all sides and safely dropped her at our classroom where i was searching for pads. We both are grateful of those kind boys we need more boys like them in this world

Absolutely correct, but another sad part is that such good boys are demeaned, put on false allegation, slapped on public crossings and disrespected by most girls. Few years back, there was a new student in our class and she got her period during school, the seat was stained and she just ran out of the class, crying , and some of the boys started laughing loudly.. I didn't get what was happening so I stood up from my seat and saw that the seat was stained and that they were making fun of her after seeing the period blood.... We girls asked each other if we had a spare pad and provided her with that, we even talked to them about it.... Idk if they still feel embarrassed, if they've changed their mindset or not, but that after that incident she just stopped coming to school and transferred somewhere else....
I still feel disgusted whenever I remember that day...

Absolutely correct, but another sad part is that such good boys are demeaned, put on false allegation, slapped on public crossings and disrespected by most girls.
