iOS 18.2 Review-What's New? In this video, I will review iOS 18.2 to help you decide ahead of the official release if it is worth the upgrade to the iPhone 16 and download. Share your thoughts, questions, and comments, and let me know if you are excited for the iOS 18.2 download below!
I feel like Apple is really neglecting the devices older than the 15 pro when it comes to cool and even useful features. What disappointments 18.1 and 18.2 are.
@@cj4088 I use an iPhone 14 Plus and every update from now feels like fuel added to the fire as iPhone 15 and below are going to get pretty much nothing with every OS update
16:13 This is because the most recent knowledge available from the ChatGPT model is from November 2023, and the iPhone 16 had not been released by that date.
Man I’m about to sell this 16 Pro Max. Sick of these bogus updates and would actually prefer that they fix the insane amount of bugs in iOS 18 already.
I think the people at Google, who are responsible for the animations and fluidity of the Android system, are a bunch of lazy people because it is unacceptable. I think the system has been on the market for over 10 years and there is still no Android application with vector-based animations. If you look at the animations on Apple's iOS, even third-party applications, their animations are vector-based, you can see the letters moving from one side to the other. This brings a sophistication to the system, which is part of the UX and UI, and the system becomes fluid and it is more enjoyable to use.
These features are such useless gimmicks tbh. Apple couldn't even catch-up to the functionality of Galaxy AI and Gemini even as the year is coming to an end. The S25 series will further demolish Apple's archaic AI software.
It looks that all focus is on AI and AI only. At a cost of many problems, Photos app being mess (and closing itself), late notifications, many lags and hiccups even in phone menu that just were not there before. Since 18.1 I'm having issues with mail notifications, share menu, iMessage... I'm fine without AI support on my 14PM but expect basics to work as they did before.
Why would I want to upgrade to the iPhone 16 just because of iOS 18.2 it’s not a big upgrade I have the iPhone SE 3rd generation. The iPhone 6 still works on Verizon and other networks so it’s not worth getting a new phone if your phone still works on networks regardless of how old it is. I will hold onto the iPhone SE 3rd gen until it stops working on Verizon
Nick Help me please with this question please: If I have an brand new iPhone still unboxed for 3 years, the coverage will expire? or coverage begins when I start the phone for the first time...???I don't understand, I bought a new Iphone, checked the serial number and says that coverage is expired.

Nick is it the non-beta iOs? I am tired of beta iOS....please tell me that this is an official iOS

Older phones lack the specs to run it reliably. It def sucks though

I think image creator and gen emoji is just silly and a waste of time.

One UI 7 may be going to be smooth
A 2nd iOS 18.2 RC became available a few minutes ago, build number 22C151.
I have been waiting for this video with sleepless nights thanks Nick for sharing
Delay
When does the full public version come out?
It seems they’re unaware because many Tech TH-camrs expected today, but it hasn’t happened. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed either.
@ i neeeeeeeeeeed it!!
Probably by end of the week. RC took longer than expected to drop
This build will it comes to public this week
Thanks for sharing the video here 🎉
Can we go back to the older look of mail ? I don’t like the new look with groups and colours.

You've got that right
Yep 👍
@Jprince473 I have a question. Do you think iOS was actually as smooth as people claimed or did it seem that way because of how restrictive Apple was?
archaic 😂
@@kindofanmol Galaxy it's at the top of the game. They got whatever ios had. Now it's a better package.

I got the thought that it was coming out today (Monday 9th December), as said by zollotech, is this the case?
Everyone who said it’s December 9, 2024 got it wrong, I was waiting for it yesterday, unfortunately Apple released an 18.2 RC2.
This is the most normal shit i have seen no hate its just not that special i love the animations but thats it
No thanks I’ll be passing on AI lotta Gobley goop

I'm almost 100% positive Apple warranty will start the moment you activate device.
@ i found out that the warranty starts when you buy the phone, that's weird from Apple
@ hm, I just searched it and it seems you're right. Makes no sense, warranty should start the day you actually activate device.
