I know that more than a few people aren't a fan of Zino, but I really like the vintage formulation. Big fan of Platinum Egoiste and Moustache edt too. Even prefer it over the woody amber that is the edp. Classics are classics for a reason! Hope you have a great weekend Chad. 🌄
The ones mentioned are actually people pleasing and stand up well today. I like the more challenging ones. Well,I like a bit of everything. But I like how you can still can review something and give respect to it even if it's not your thing.
I remember using Lagerfeld and Drakkar Noir in the 80’s. In the 90’s i pretty much stuck to Chanel Platinum Egoiste ( now you have imagine a goth rocking that ). I have been thinking of getting a bottle again, reformulated or not.
Hahaha 🤣 what a coincidence, SOTD Versace Blue jeans layered with Versace Dreamer. Sounds weird but it really works, the fresh citrus in blue jeans balances out the floral/tobacco in dreamer. Even my wife likes it, that says alot!
I so want to try Platinum Egoiste. These types of frags are right up my alley, but I've never been able to find a sample of Platinum Egoiste. I guess they may have it at Sephora or other department stores.
Great video! At 62 I’m still a fan of OGs. Escape is one of my favs and I like Cool Water. A couple of other green OGs I love are Tommy Hilfiger Tommy and Aramis New West. If you’re looking for cheaper versions of Platinum Egoiste, check out Armaf Legesi or Franck Olivier Eau de Passion. Both are really nice. Thanks!
Enjoying the list of the classical "classics". Escape was the 1st full bottle that i had and repurchased a few years ago (still unopened) just for a keepsake. Keep pushing.🔥✌🏾
I am loving classical fragrances lately. I know some are dated but they are so good I don't care. I am not trying to impress anyone, an attitude that comes with age. One frag that is starting to become my signature and should have been in this list is Pacco Rabanne Pour Homme.
Oh that one is very much old school and dated. Its been years since I've smelled that one but I remember one of my workmates asking me to get it for him.
@@ChadSecrets let me know. I have almost pulled the trigger on this one a few times. Looking forward to Chad-1 and Chris’ review and of course yours when you have tried it out for a while.
Its long gone now. My wife despised it and if you saw her reaction when she first saw it you'd be crying with laugher cause I did it in a troll manner.
no. why cant we go Egoiste Chanel OG or Pour Monsieur . lets go!!!!! :) got my nose on the former at a duty free shop in Denver international airport. 200 bucks.
I thought you were gonna be featuring fragrances originally favored by Beethoven and Mozart. 😕😆🎻 (BTW, your look is giving off “Kung Fu” vibes, “grasshopper.” 😔😆✌🏼)

Thanks man. Same to you as well.

I appreciate that, Justin. Thank you kindly.
Happy Friday everyone! Hope everyone have a blessed one! Btw....great list! Fyi: Enjoy the moustache!
Thanks! You too! And the stache is now GONE!!! LOL

I need to try more of these classics. Chanel Platinum Egoiste is top of my list so if your bottle disappears you know why!
THIEF!!!

That is a very interesting and unusual combination but if it works then why not.
Great video with some great choices in there and I enjoyed it and have a blessed day

It's a banger. This was Biggie Smalls scent.

Thanks for watching and for sharing your thoughts, Tim.

I get that and sometimes you just want it for sentimental value.

I am looking forward to your review with Chadster of Versace L'Homme ! I have not yet smelled that one, but I have a feeling I will like it.
It's old school and its with Chris from ScentLand and not Chad himself.
i just bought this one last week!

Creed is better agreed but with you on price tag. Agree office safe. Never thought would say that back in day
great list. i’d add Boss n1, Ralph Lauren Safari and Givenchy Gentleman, the og.
Thanks for sharing!! If I had those in my collection or was able to get them I would have brought them in or maybe for a part 2.
Next time you do one of these classics video, could you maybe add aramis tuscany?
I'll see what I can do. If I can get a bottle then sure.
TGIF!!!
Happy Friday SOTD,
Perry Ellis 18 fuego (Gym) fresh and spicy to match the gorgeous day outside. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻☀️
Its gorgeous over here as well.
@@AGentlemansJourney77 phenomenal.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Your moustache is cracking me up bro😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@AGentlemansJourney77 yeah, I wont be surprised at all. ur sense of humor sets u apart from other frafrance content creators....good job!!!
I appreciate that so thank you. My humour is rather cheesy and dad-like at this point.

Oh damn that's rather expensive.
Considering Irish Tweed/Cool Water have virtually the SAME scent profile, can we really justify buying GIT at TEN times the price? 🤔
Its crazy how much Creed has gone up over the years.

Pino is a classic.
For sure. Thank you for watching, David.
dat stache doe
Pretty horrible ain't it LOL
I love oldschool frags, they have soul, story, history, most of new releases, are bland, just hyper produced frag...
I can agree with you there.
